Search Engine Optimisation
Search engine optimisation is the practice of trying to improve where your website gets positioned in search engines. It deals only with organic listings (not paid for). Sponsored listing and pay-per-click (PPC) management is search engine marketing, which is slightly different.
Using methods that we have tested and are known to work, we work day and night to get your website climbing up the Google rankings. We don't want to give our secrets away, but some of these methods include link building, content optimisation and meta tag optimisation.
SEO is an ongoing process. You are not going to get first page of Google straight away. If an SEO company promises you this, be very wary.
Search engine optimisation takes a long time. You have to have patience and a very calm temperament because it can often be frustrating. Google changes it's algorithms regularly and is a law unto itself. Luckily for you, we keep up with all that... we're very 'finger on the pulse' so to speak.
Our search engine optimisation experts might be based in Sheffield but we have clients all over the place- we even gave some tips to a lady in America... she sold lovely coffee!
Because search engine optimisation is such a slow process, we do ask that you give us a fighting chance to show you what we're made of. That's why we ask for a minimum six-month commitment. We give you monthly progress reports and make it easy for you to measure and compare how well we're doing for your site, month after month.
The six-month commitment is mainly because this is the length of time needed to really make a difference to your search engine rank. After two months, you might not see much difference. What we don't want is for you to get disheartened and lose faith in SEO. It will work... it just takes time. We know what we're doing. Take a look at our testimonials for peace of mind.

All elements of SEO are important. But the one you really need to get right is the content. This is what search engine spiders look for and what will convince your readers to keep reading... or buying.
